● SMART AGRICULTURE SOLUTIONS / OEM & SYSTEM INTEGRATION

Smart Agriculture, Built Layer by Layer.

Run a farm like a connected system — air, ground, sensors and decisions pointed at the same job of doing fieldwork more precisely, more efficiently, more autonomously. Jitian Intelligent (JTILEP) is a Chinese supplier manufacturing agri-equipment since 2008, exporting air-ground systems to 30+ countries.

CHAPTER 01

What "Smart Agriculture" Actually Means

It is not one tool. It is a connected workflow that turns every field into a layer of data, analysis, and execution. The three layers keep feeding each other — every job makes the next job more accurate.

Sensing

Drones and ground sensors collect what the eye cannot see — plant health, soil moisture, pest hotspots, growth stage. Jitian JT-80 drone + GNSS tractor units collect this layer in flight.

Analysis

Cloud platforms turn raw data into prescription maps: where to spray, where to skip, how much input per zone. Without this layer, drones and tractors are just expensive toys.

Execution

HD818 auto-steering tractors drive centimeter-straight rows. JT-80 drones execute variable-rate spray and spread, down to 12m swaths and 40L/min flow. Every pass is logged.

How Jitian Builds the Stack

Four layers, one supplier. Most buyers end up patching together a sensor from one vendor, a drone from another, and a tractor kit from a third. We build two of those layers in-house and integrate cleanly with the rest of your ecosystem.

LAYER 01

Precision Positioning

Centimeter-level guidance for tillage, planting, fertilizing and spraying.

  • HD818 Auto-Steering Kit
  • 4 constellations: BDS + GPS + GLONASS + Galileo
  • ±2.5cm RTK precision
  • ISOBUS compatible
LAYER 02

Aerial Operation

Aerial spraying and spreading for crops too wet or too tall for tractors.

  • JT-80 Spray Drone
  • 70L spray / 100L spread
  • 12m swath · 40L/min flow
  • 50m obstacle radar · IP67
LAYER 03

Ground Sensing

Soil, weather and crop data that feed the analysis layer.

  • IoT sensor integration
  • Soil moisture & EC probes
  • Mini weather stations
  • Open data APIs
LAYER 04

AI Decisions

Prescription maps, scheduling and reporting — the brain of the system.

  • Prescription map import
  • Fleet & job scheduling
  • Operation log + reporting
  • Partner platform integrations

Layers 01 & 02 are built and shipped in-house. Layers 03 & 04 are integrated with your existing platform or partner ecosystem. See the machinery lineup →

CHAPTER 03

Where This System Pays Back

The same stack behaves differently depending on the farm. Buyers start from the pain point, not from the equipment list.

🌾

Large-Field Row Crops

Wheat, corn, soybean. Pain point: input waste and overlap. HD818 alone pays back in the first season by cutting 5–15% overlap on tillage and planting.

🍇

Orchards & Vineyards

Tractors can't enter when canopies close. JT-80 handles pest/disease spraying without compacting soil or damaging fruit zone.

🌽

Cash-Crop Plantations

Rice, cotton, sugarcane. Pain point: spraying window is short. JT-80 covers ~3 ha per flight, 10–20× faster than backpack teams.

🌐

Farm Digitalization

Government projects, large estates, agri-cooperatives. Combine HD818 + JT-80 with the analysis layer for full job-level reporting.

Why Buyers Pick a Chinese Supplier Like Jitian

Most global smart-ag content comes from John Deere, AGCO, or industry analysts. Less from the actual manufacturer on the floor. Jitian is one of the few suppliers who can show you the production line, the certifications and the export book in one place.

  • Manufacturing agri-equipment since 20083,000 m² factory, 5,000 units annual capacity.
  • Air-ground product matrix in-houseTractor auto-steer (HD818) + spray drone (JT-80) — most peers ship one or the other, not both.
  • Certifications you can verifyFCC (Grant) for the JT-80 controller and CE EMF assessment. Both certificates are issued to Heilongjiang Huida Technology Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of these platforms — we send the copies, so you can check the holder name yourself. Others on request — and we state plainly which ones we do not hold.
  • Export-ready packaging and docs30+ countries shipped, container loading experience, English documentation as default.
  • OEM / ODM with low MOQColor, logo, and configuration changes from MOQ 1. We don't gatekeep customization behind container orders.

CHAPTER 05

Air–Ground Workflow — One Field, Two Machines

A spray drone on its own is a faster sprayer. A tractor kit on its own is a straighter tractor. Put both on the same field map and each machine starts covering the other's blind spots — the tractor holds the line, the drone reaches what the tractor cannot.

1
Map the block

Field boundaries, headlands and obstacles are logged once with the GNSS receiver — the same coordinates both machines will work from.

2
Set the line

An A–B line is stored on the HD818 terminal. Every later pass references it, so the row pattern repeats across operators and seasons.

3
Ground pass

Tillage, seeding and fertilising run under RTK guidance at ±2.5 cm. Overlap and skips stop being a function of who is in the cab.

4
Aerial pass

The JT-80 flies what the tractor cannot reach — closed canopies, wet ground, terraces — at a 12 m swath, 40 L/min, roughly 3 ha per sortie.

5
Top-dress

The same airframe swaps to the 100 L spread hopper for granular fertiliser or seed, covering ground too soft to carry a loaded spreader.

6
Log the season

Coverage maps from both machines are kept, so next season starts from measured results instead of memory.

One honest caveat: the HD818 and the JT-80 do not share a control terminal. The tractor is driven from the in-cab display; the drone from the AirPilot 3.5 remote. What they share is the field map and the record of what was done. If your operation needs one console driving both, raise it at the quotation stage — that is a data-platform integration question, and it is answered per project, not from a catalogue.
CHAPTER 06

How to Read a Drone Spec Sheet

Six figures that appear in almost every quotation you will receive, and the six assumptions buyers most often make about them. Read this before you compare suppliers — including us.

The figureWhat buyers often assumeWhat it actually describes
≈3 haThree hectares per hour, or per dayPer sortie. One battery cycle and one tank. Daily output depends on how many batteries you rotate and how fast you refill, not on the aircraft.
±2.5 cmThe accuracy you get out of the boxRTK accuracy, which requires a base station or a CORS account. Without a correction signal the system does not hold that figure.
50 mWorking height, or spray reachObstacle detection range. It says nothing about swath width or droplet deposition, which are separate figures.
9 hrFlight timeRemote controller endurance (AirPilot 3.5). Flight endurance per sortie is measured in minutes, and the two are unrelated.
2000 mThe radius you can work fromControl and video link range. Effective working area is set by battery and payload, not by the link specification.
1500 cyclesBattery life in yearsCharge–discharge cycles at under 7% decay. Calendar life depends entirely on how hard you work the packs.
Why we publish this section at all: a spec sheet that lists only the flattering reading of each number is the fastest way to lose a buyer at the trial stage. These six are the ones that come up in every technical review we sit in on. If a competing quotation reads differently on any of them, ask for the certificate or the test report — not a clarification.

Buyers Ask

Real questions from distributors and large-farm buyers.

Does the HD818 auto-steer fit my tractor model?
The HD818 fits most modern tractors with electric steering. The unit itself is brand-agnostic — the only variable is the steering interface, which we ship with multiple adapter kits. You need either a base station or a CORS account for RTK precision. This is not optional.
Is the JT-80 a spray drone or can it spread fertilizer too?
Both. The JT-80 ships with a 70L spray tank and converts to a 100L spread tank (granular fertilizer, seed, lime) via the dragon-pattern spreading disc. Switch is a manual swap — about 10 minutes in the field.
What's the MOQ for an OEM order?
MOQ is 1 unit for color and logo customization. Larger configuration changes (firmware, custom molds, branded packaging) are quoted per request — typical MOQ is 10–20 units depending on scope.
How can I verify your certifications myself?
Every certificate we publish carries a number you can check independently. The FCC grant (ID 2BBNT-3WWDZ-U70A) is searchable in the FCC public database. The CE documentation comes from a third-party conformity assessment body, and the HD818 certificate (no. ICAS-25110026-02) names the covered style number on its face. Two of these documents are issued to Heilongjiang Huida Technology Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of these platforms rather than to the JTILEP brand — we send the copies so your compliance team can check the holder name before the order, not after.
What does one JT-80 flight cover, and how many flights can I run in a day?
One sortie covers approximately 3 hectares on the 70 L spray tank. Flights per day is a logistics question rather than an aircraft question: it depends on how many batteries you rotate and how quickly you refill. We would rather size the fleet against your actual block sizes than quote a daily hectare figure that assumes ideal conditions.
Which certification actually matters for my market?
It depends on what you are importing. Radio equipment for the United States means the FCC grant; for the European Union it means the CE RED approval. Drone operation is regulated separately from product certification and differs by country — an operating permit is not something a manufacturer can supply. Tell us the destination market and we will state plainly which documents we hold and which we do not.
