TIANJIN, China — 26 October 2026. JTILEP (Xuzhou Jitian Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.) is exhibiting at CIAME 2026, the China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition, held at the National Convention and Exhibition Centre in Tianjin from 26 to 28 October 2026. The company is showing two products: the HD818 tractor auto-steering system and the JT-80 agricultural spray drone.
What JTILEP is showing at CIAME 2026
Two units are on display, both production models rather than prototypes.
HD818 tractor auto-steering: one 2.5 cm tolerance, two levels of detail
The HD818 is a retrofit auto-steering kit for row-crop tractors. Its headline figure is a ±2.5 cm tolerance that applies to both positioning and working accuracy, achieved with RTK correction.
Key figures, each stated with its own condition:
- Working and positioning accuracy: ±2.5 cm, under RTK correction.
- GNSS receiver: HS-223A, rated 8 mm + 1 ppm (RMS) horizontally. This receiver-level figure sits inside the 2.5 cm envelope rather than beside it.
- Display terminal: HD502B, 14-inch LCD, 1920 × 1080, 800 nits.
- Steering: electric steering motor, HM100 / HM200.
- ISOBUS support covers UT (universal terminal) and TC-SC (section control) only.
- Power input: 9–36 V DC.
- Headland turns are executed as a one-click headland turn, not a fully automatic turn.
A ±2.5 cm figure is only meaningful with RTK. Without a base station or a CORS network, satellite-only correction does not reach centimetre level.
JT-80 agricultural drone: one airframe, two tanks
The JT-80 carries either a 70 L spray tank or a 100 L spreading hopper on the same airframe.
- Payload: 80 kg; maximum take-off weight 150 kg.
- Total thrust: 300 kg, giving a thrust-to-weight ratio of 2.2.
- Coverage: about 3 hectares per sortie.
- Endurance: 16.5 minutes empty, 6.5 minutes at full load.
- Video transmission: up to 2,000 m.
- Ingress protection: IP67.
- Minimum order quantity: 1 unit.
- Radar obstacle avoidance: up to 50 m; maximum spray width 12 m at 40 L/min.
Who we met at CIAME 2026
A four-person team led by Sandy, Business Director, hosted visitors from Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Latin America and Africa. The questions that came up most often were about RTK availability without a base station, ISOBUS compatibility with existing implements, and single-unit orders for trial use.
Frequently asked questions
What accuracy does the HD818 deliver?
±2.5 cm for both positioning and working accuracy, under RTK correction. The HS-223A receiver inside the kit is rated 8 mm + 1 ppm (RMS) horizontally, which falls inside that envelope.
Does the HD818 work without a base station?
Centimetre-level accuracy requires RTK correction, which means a base station or a CORS network. BeiDou PPP and Galileo HAS are corrections of a different class and do not reach centimetre level.
Which tractors does the HD818 fit?
It is a retrofit kit with a 9–36 V DC input and an electric steering motor, designed for row-crop tractors already in service.
